One to One Coaching creates a safe and confidential space to pause, reflect and re-set.
Through support, gentle challenge and understanding your unique map of the world, the coaching space facilitates increased levels of self-awareness and clarity, paving the way for positive changes in behaviours, mental health and well-being. One to One Coaching for Mental Health and Wellbeing.
This 45-minute coaching session will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to talk and reflect freely with an independent, impartial equal who will be present with you, actively listen, ask questions and if permissible, provide objective feedback. The session will go at your pace and be driven by your needs.
Together, we aim to increase self awareness, provide perspective and clarity, address any internal/external blockers and notice unhelpful thinking patterns /beliefs to identify proactive ways to move forward. When we get a deeper understanding of ourselves and what is driving our behaviours, we can make conscious choices for sustainable positive wellbeing changes.
